Mrs. Pradnya Chandrakant Wagh is a warm and caring teacher who wants all children to be successful learners and uses creative ways to maintain their interest in studies. Earlier, she had worked in local offices for some clerical jobs. Later, she did her remedial teacher training with the Sumantra organization. She worked for two years in the Manthan Education Initiative Organization and then joined Sumantra.
Since 2014, she has worked as a remedial teacher in local communities and the remedial resource rooms in local schools. Pradnya realized that remedial teaching is her passion and she wished to continue doing the same. She also enthusiastically works for the Sumantra nutrition program. She prepares nutritious and delicious snacks for all the children coming for remedial classes.
Pradnya loves reading and is good at writing stories for children.
